Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at SKLD Whitehall. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nutritional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare personnel to develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans.
  • Provide expert nutritional counseling and education to residents and their families.
  • Monitor food service operations to ensure compliance with nutritional, safety, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and interpret resident nutritional status and needs, using established standards of care guidelines.
  • Develop and implement effective nutrition interventions to support resident health and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings to ensure comprehensive resident care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Must be a Registered Dietitian or possess a Bachelor of Dietetics degree.
  • Completed an accredited Diabetic internship program preferred.
  • One year of experience as a Registered Dietitian preferred.
  • Knowledge of LARA regulations.
