Operational Duties:
  • Comply with all operational standards and guidelines for food preparation.
  • Accurately prepare all menu items by following the order monitor.
  • Communicate product availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly check and document temperatures of food items as required.
  • Keep the front counter and drive-thru area clean, organized, and well-stocked for busy periods.
Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Practice proper hygiene and sanitation methods.
  • Complete all sanitation tasks as required.
Health & Safety Standards:
  • Work in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Follow safe work practices and procedures diligently.
  • Utilize personal protective equipment as necessary.
  • Report any incidents, unsafe conditions, or violations of health and safety regulations to management promptly.
  • Operate equipment safely to ensure the well-being of all.
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
