Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, implementing treatment plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Utilize critical thinking and sound judgment to make informed decisions about patient care.
- Perform skills, treatments, and procedures within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice.
- Unencumbered LPN license in the state where care is provided.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Up-to-date Level 2 AHCA Background, Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray.
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, and lift or transfer up to 50 pounds.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & PTO (full-time eligible employee's only).
