About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fleet Integration Analyst to join our team at V2X. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a critical role in the execution of Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers and warfighter operational communities to define gaps and drive requirements for fleet integration.
  • Support and coordinate technical reviews, data analysis, and reports to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain acquisition and technical documentation to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Serve as the fleet integration focal point for coordination of technical project status and task execution throughout the design, engineering, integration, test, and program execution process.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to improve project execution and recommend modifications to task processes for future project activities or design reviews.
  • Work with project management and task leads to develop out-year planning for future capabilities and provide input to roadmaps for analysis, risk reduction, development, and integration of advanced capabilities.
  • Analyze contractor proposals as permitted by law and regulation.
  • Develop, execute, monitor, and report status on multiple assigned project task efforts, including analysis of test data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Active U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in transitioning technology and platforms from acquisition community to the operational community.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating operations across multiple organizational boundaries.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, schedule-constrained, and complex security environment.
