## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Class A Truck Driver to join our team at Ryder in Wichita, KS. As a solo driver, you will be responsible for transporting freight across the country, working independently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

## Key Responsibilities

* Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport freight across the country
* Maintain accurate records of hours, mileage, and fuel consumption
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
* Load and unload freight as required by customers
* Participate in Ryder's safety program to ensure a safe working environment

## Benefits

* Competitive hourly pay rate of $25.00 per hour
* Overtime pay after 40 hours
* Nights out pay of $50.00 per night
* Sign-on bonus of $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days
* Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision

## Requirements

* Class A CDL with verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
* Must be flexible and able to work a Monday-Friday schedule
