Responsibilities
As a Hospice/Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, including patient homes and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Your expertise will be essential in developing individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner;
  • preferably experience in palliative/hospice care or certification in this field;

Additional Requirements
You will also need to be willing to travel to patient locations and possess a personal vehicle with insurance.

Benefits
This position offers a competitive hourly rate, discussed during the initial call, based on your level of experience. You will also receive mileage reimbursement at $0.44 per mile.
