Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will perform a variety of tasks under close supervision, following detailed work instructions that require limited judgment and decision-making. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct feeder maintenance, repair, and data tracking to optimize production workflows.
• Train employees in the operation and maintenance of machinery to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks.
• May be required to train and coordinate activities of maintenance assistants.

• Provide assistance in troubleshooting non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings.
• Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts and ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
• May be required to work overtime to meet production demands.
• Comply with and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Knowledge Requirements

• Ability to acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Use of basic and special-purpose hand tools and leveling instruments, as well as knowledge of torque specifications.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• Understanding of electronic color codes and other component value markings.
• Understanding of safety practices and requirements.
• Personal computer operation in a Windows environment, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
• Use of specialized maintenance tracking programs.

Education and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of work-related experience preferred.
