About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with children with autism, helping them develop essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with children with autism in their natural environment to teach them essential skills
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in partnership with families
  • Provide training and support to families to help them implement the plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably with autism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with families
  • Interest in ongoing development and learning
