Job Opportunity

Orient Express Container (OEC) Group is a leading freight forwarder in the transportation industry, providing logistics and information services to over 50,000 customers worldwide. We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Specialist to join our developing Recruiting Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various OEC offices
  • Partnering with managers and internal stakeholders to understand department needs and job requirements
  • Utilizing popular ATS systems to maintain a recruiting pipeline
  • Conducting phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Managing vendor relationships and recruiting budget
  • Collaborating with HR management to fulfill department needs
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to source and maintain a recruiting pipeline
  • Experience recruiting for IT roles is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills
