Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment complex, ensuring efficient management and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain a high occupancy rate.
  • Process applications, negotiate lease agreements, and ensure timely rent collection.
  • Manage maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of resident complaints.

Requirements
