Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Haircutting Services in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every client leaves our salon feeling satisfied and looking their best.
• Implement Our 5-Step Customer Care Process to guarantee exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients.
• Resolve Customer Issues Promptly and Efficiently, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Listen Actively to Customer Preferences and deliver personalized results that exceed their expectations.
• Utilize Our Computer Systems to maintain accurate customer records and ensure seamless communication with our team.
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service at all times, consistently demonstrating a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist with Salon Tasks and Maintain a Clean Work Environment, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our salon.

Qualifications:

• Enrollment in an Apprenticeship School or Academy is required, with a strong focus on cosmetology and hair styling.
• Minimum Age of 16 and Completion of 10th Grade are necessary to ensure that you have the necessary foundation for success in this role.
• Valid Social Security or Taxpayer Identification Number is required for employment purposes.
• Government-Issued Photo ID is necessary for verification purposes.
• Ability to Work Flexible Hours is essential, as you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
