We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Vista, California. As a Speech Language Pathologist with MAS Medical Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and clients, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.

About the Role:

This is a full-time contract position working in an outpatient setting, Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior experience as a licensed Speech Language Pathologist and be certified from an accredited school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
