Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Take and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Provide care to patients in various settings, including memory care units, ICUs, critical care units, and primary care clinics
