As a valued member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment where creativity and attention to detail are key. We are seeking a skilled Cook 1 to join our team, working under the guidance of our experienced Sous Chefs.

This is an entry-level position that offers a unique chance to develop your skills and contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality food for our guests. If you have a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

- Prepare a variety of ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, slicing, and peeling fruits and vegetables.

- Cook a range of dishes using various techniques, such as baking, broiling, frying, steaming, braising, and boiling.

- Provide visually appealing meals that meet our high standards for quality and presentation.

- Taste foods before serving and add garnishes to enhance the dining experience.

- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by following proper food handling and storage procedures.

- Assist with set-up, service, and clean-up of food production areas.

- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and prevent waste.

Your Qualifications:

- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

- Food Safety Certification.

- At least six months of culinary experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
