  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations to surpass guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests consistently.
  • Thoroughly clean and prepare vacant rooms for new guests, and maintain occupied rooms to a pristine condition. This includes cleaning lighting fixtures, ceilings, walls, furniture, windows, and floors, along with detailed bathroom sanitation.
  • Restock essential supplies such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
  • Participate in the general cleaning program by changing linens and other items as required.
  • Complete designated daily room tasks, including maintenance of thresholds and edging.
  • Assist with carpet care by spot cleaning as needed during room servicing.
  • Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and ensure it is fully stocked each day.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damaged items promptly.
  • Communicate any discrepancies to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Help keep other hotel areas clean and orderly, including staff lounges and public spaces.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Effective communication in English is necessary to meet guest service expectations.
  • Adhere to the uniform standards as outlined in the company guidelines.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 60 pounds.
  • Familiarity with emergency procedures is essential.
  • Follow cleaning protocols as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager and continuously practice learned skills.
  • Maintain safety standards and report any hazardous conditions immediately. Practice good sanitation habits while cleaning.
  • Familiarity with the Associate Handbook is required, and adherence to all company policies is expected.
  • Perform other duties as assigned that align with your capabilities.
