Position Summary:
Sweve Tech LTD is on the lookout for a proficient Electrical Engineer to enhance our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering technical support and field services, ensuring the dependable operation, upkeep, and repair of Sweve Tech's offerings. This position necessitates considerable travel and close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and various engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Service and Technical Assistance: Conduct field service at client locations within the assigned territory and across other regions.
- Onsite Training: Provide comprehensive technical training to clients regarding the operation, maintenance, and repair of Sweve Tech products.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance tasks to optimize equipment uptime, aligning with client production timelines and specifications.
- Client Interaction: Address inquiries from both internal and external clients, delivering prompt technical solutions.
- Collaboration: Represent the Engineering department in cross-departmental meetings and work closely with other engineering teams and technicians.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and high-quality outcomes.
- Travel: Engage in regular travel to labs, client sites, and vendor facilities as required, which may include both domestic and international travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity with hands-on field service responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing detailed technical documentation.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- This position offers remote work flexibility, with local candidates having the option for office, remote, or hybrid arrangements.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in REVIT software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in delivering technical training and client support.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance in industrial environments.
- Strong project management capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
