  • Key Responsibilities
    • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.
    • Perform diversified duties, including repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances.
    • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems.
    • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, paint interior and exterior surfaces, and clean facilities.
  • Requirements
    • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
    • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification, preferred.
    • Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
    • Ability to wear a respirator and meet medical fitness standards.
    • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

    • Rehabilitation and renovation expertise.
    • Pool maintenance, plumbing repair, and painting skills.
    • Electrical repair, drywall installation/repair, and carpentry skills.
    • HVAC maintenance, boiler systems, and appliance repair skills.
