About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with members, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, providing personalized service and support
  • Conduct studio tours and sales presentations to prospective members
  • Follow up with prospective members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Handle member concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio and its services
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
