As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms, providing medication administration, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ECGs, and other vital signs to identify potential health problems
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Telemetry setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
