Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries. Your expertise will be essential in preparing patients for return to work after illness or injury.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients with occupational or motor vehicle injuries
  • Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
  • Recommend tests to determine the extent of injury and appropriate treatment
  • Perform surgery as needed
  • Uphold the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in a way that aligns with our ESG goals
Requirements
  • MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland
  • Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Favorable malpractice history
  • Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • DEA license

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor and supervise staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, crawling, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
