Additionally, we operate Maimonides Midwood Community Hospital, a 130-bed adult medical-surgical facility, and Maimonides Children's Hospital, the only dedicated children's hospital and pediatric trauma center in Brooklyn.

Our clinical programs consistently rank among the best nationwide for patient outcomes, including our Heart and Vascular Institute, Neurosciences Institute, Bone and Joint Center, and Cancer Center.

The Anatomic Pathology Service handles approximately 20,000 surgical and 3,000 non-gyn cytologic cases each year.

Maimonides is affiliated with Northwell Health and serves as a significant clinical training site for SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, where our pathologists hold voluntary academic appointments.

We are currently seeking full-time, Board-certified Pathologists with expertise in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology for surgical pathology roles, including a Chief of Gynecologic Pathology position.

Preferred qualifications include fellowship training in Gynecologic Pathology, Women's Health Pathology, or Surgical Pathology, along with three years of relevant experience; however, new fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $340,000.
