Your Responsibilities

Overview: Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product & Operations, the Project Engineer will oversee specification management, engineering calculations, scope verification, layout design, and bill of materials for our cutting-edge 10MW MHP Electrolyzer.

With a strong foundation of integrity, the ideal candidate will leverage creativity and commitment to drive H-TEC's expansion into new markets.
  • Collaborate with packaging partners to adapt our Electrolyzer technology to meet local regulations and standards.
  • Develop and review detailed technical specification documents to ensure comprehensive scope of supply.
  • Manage technical fabrication requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain essential technical documentation, including process flow diagrams (P&ID), general arrangement drawings, and data sheets.
  • Engage with suppliers and clients to implement streamlined project change requests (PCRs).
  • Work closely with project management to maintain budget, deliverables, and contract revisions.
  • Participate in risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in process engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Power Solutions Packaging, EPC, or similar roles.
  • Proven expertise in developing technical specification sheets and conducting effective technical negotiations.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for analytical and creative challenges.
  • Solid design experience and thorough knowledge of ASME, ANSI, and other relevant codes for pressure process equipment.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and corporate headquarters.
