Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technician

Join Cynet Health as an Interventional Radiology Technician in San Francisco, CA. This 13-week travel opportunity requires 1 year of experience as an IR Tech and a California radiology technologist license if ARRT (R) certified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cardiologists, radiologists, and registered nurses in the execution and technical analysis of procedures performed in the Interventional Radiology Lab.
  • Integrate education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to execute safe and precise treatment under supervision.
  • Gain confidence and cooperation from patients, their family/support groups, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication.
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety, helping to deliver optimal patient care.
  • Mentor and train students as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience for submission.
  • Available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing.
  • Valid state license at the time of submission.
  • 50 miles travel requirement.
  • All certifications must be AHA and in hand at the time of submission.

Additional Details:

  • Rotating nights and weekend calls may be required.
  • Experience with Epic charting preferred.
  • Background information needs to be noted prior to submission.
  • Return staff policy requires a one-year gap to return as a traveler.
  • Orientation required with 16 non-billable hours.
