Deka Lash is a rapidly expanding name in the beauty sector, and we are in search of a driven Eyelash Extension Studio Supervisor who possesses a flair for artistry and sales. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, including those who are bilingual.

The perfect candidate will be a licensed esthetician with a minimum of 3 years experience in lash artistry. This is a Full-Time role, where your responsibilities will be divided between providing eyelash services (75%) and overseeing studio operations (25%).

Client-Centric Duties (as a Lash Artist)

• Comprehensive training to master Deka Lash techniques

• Deliver a range of lash and beauty services

• Earn commissions on memberships, services, and products sold

• Potential to advance to Master Lash Artist or Trainer (increased earnings)

• Paid vacation and sick leave

• Regularly share positive experiences on social media

• Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as needed

Team-Oriented Responsibilities (as a Manager)

• Uphold Deka Lash branding and culture in all actions

• Collaborate with studio owners on hiring and staff retention strategies

• Guide and mentor Lash Artists for continued success and growth

• Assist studio owners in planning weekly staff meetings to discuss objectives and review performance

• Partner with corporate trainers to enhance ongoing staff development

• Manage social media content, including in-studio videos and promotional campaigns

• Organize community events in collaboration with local businesses

• Help maintain inventory and coordinate orders with studio management

• Ensure adherence to studio protocols such as opening/closing procedures and cash handling

• Support staff in managing bookings, confirmations, and membership statuses

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, storage, and office areas at all times

Essential Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist in NJ

• Availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Enthusiasm for learning new techniques and staying current with industry trends

• Previous management experience in the beauty sector is highly recommended but not mandatory

Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000 annually
