CompensationHourly Rate: $30 – $32
Work Schedule- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Oversee the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software.
- Engage in technical research and development to foster innovation within the infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to organizational values in all system operations and procedures.
- Assist project teams with technical challenges throughout various project phases.
- Install and configure servers and related hardware in accordance with operational standards.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration documentation.
- Conduct daily system monitoring to ensure the integrity and availability of all hardware and software resources.
- Manage backup operations and ensure successful data recovery processes.
- Perform regular file archival and purging as necessary.
- Administer user accounts and provide Tier II support as needed.
- Address hardware and software failures and coordinate recovery efforts.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly, and configure new services as required.
- Maintain operational and configuration procedures.
- Conduct performance reporting to assist in capacity planning.
- Optimize performance through ongoing tuning and resource management.
- Monitor data center environmental conditions and equipment.
- Current CompTIA Security + or higher Certification.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience (5 years in a related IT role).
- Relevant Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator or similar.
- Experience with Windows 10 is highly desirable.
