We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant PTA to join our team at Synergy Ice. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our physical therapy and chiropractic services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in patient education and training to promote optimal outcomes and independence.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
