**Job Title:** Community Clinician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Clinician Specialist to join our team at the Community Renewal Team in Hartford, CT.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position that requires a bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a related field and over three years of experience working with marginalized populations.

The successful candidate will provide brief immediate crisis intervention, acute counseling services, and assistance and education in activities of daily living to participants.

They will also facilitate strong innovative thinking and aptitudes to adjust to the population and interests of the group, educate participants on risk factors of behaviors to facilitate change in thinking, and assess and provide diagnostic evaluations to patients and referral sources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse ethnic and economic backgrounds.
