Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Five Below, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing transactions accurately, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Assist with merchandising and visual displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment
  • Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization to ensure accurate and efficient inventory levels
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
