About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at Nike. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.
  • Be knowledgeable about Nike products and services, and use this knowledge to make recommendations and resolve customer queries.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive in-store experience.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience.
