• Comply with all Dunkin' dessert decorating standards, alongside safety and sanitation protocols.
• Prepare customized cake orders to meet customer specifications.
• Manage inventory for cakes, icing, and decorative supplies effectively.
• Stay updated by reviewing training materials on new cake and ice cream products.
• Ensure all cakes and ice cream creations meet Dunkin' quality standards.
• Assist in front-of-store operations during peak times as needed.
