  • Implement data tagging mechanisms and manage metadata to ensure data is accurately classified and accessible.
  • Establish processes to monitor and enhance data quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with information privacy and protection policies in data management practices.
  • Utilize agile development methodologies to iteratively improve data management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 9+ years of experience in data management.
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a deep understanding of data warehouse architectures, infrastructure components, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Proven experience in performance analysis and optimization of data systems.
  • Expertise in data acquisition, transformation, and storage design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and related technologies is a must.
