- Review and process new business for the pension market, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver new business and in-force contract customer service to meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage relationships with distributors through quality service and face-to-face meetings
- Serve as backup for other Corporate Markets positions as needed
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the life industry
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience with proficiency in mainframe and PC technology
