Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and administrative support for corporate clients via telephone, email, or written communication
  • Review and process new business for the pension market, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Deliver new business and in-force contract customer service to meet or exceed client expectations
  • Manage relationships with distributors through quality service and face-to-face meetings
  • Serve as backup for other Corporate Markets positions as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the life industry
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience with proficiency in mainframe and PC technology
  • Demonstrates flexibility to adapt quickly to change, possesses strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates core values of accountability, openness, integrity, and respect
