About the Position

This is a regular part-time, hourly non-exempt role that involves providing exceptional customer service to customers at our IncredibleBank branch location in Marquette, MI.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling transactions, maintaining cash levels within your drawer, and assisting customers with digital banking needs.

  • Utilize banking software and systems to assist customers with transactions, such as deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, and more.
  • Verify accuracy of check and deposit amounts, follow endorsement procedures, and collect required information.
