Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them in locating products.
  • Ensure a quick and friendly checkout experience for all customers.
  • Maintain store organization and recovery standards to uphold our brand promises.
  • Implement cash handling procedures in accordance with company standards.
  • Engage customers in discussions about our rewards program and facilitate their enrollment.
  • Educate customers on the importance of our feedback survey.
  • Participate in the unloading and stocking of merchandise to meet operational standards.
  • Assist in the recovery and maintenance of merchandise, including returns and restocking.
  • Support loss prevention and safety initiatives.
  • Help with omni-channel processes as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.
  • Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to navigate throughout the store.
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment.

Work Environment:

This position is set in a public retail environment, where you will engage with customers. Most areas are climate-controlled, although some stock rooms may not be. You may also be required to work outdoors to retrieve shopping carts or assist with unloading deliveries. The frame shop contains specialized equipment, and work hours may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.
