Job Summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Clinical Dietitian PRN to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for planning and delivering nutritional care to patients according to physician diagnoses. You will work as a member of the multidisciplinary care team, screening newly admitted patients to identify those at nutritional risk, and supervising Nutritional Services Technicians and other support personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the nutritional status of adult and/or geriatric patients through documentation in the medical record.
  • Develop and revise a nutrition care plan based on information from the patient, medical record, family, and healthcare team members.
  • Incorporate current evidence-based research into practice.
  • Adhere to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
  • RD Eligible post-accredited CDR internship.
  • RD Eligible.
  • Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist by the State of Florida.
