Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Specialist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in West Jordan, Utah.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a neonatal setting. As a travel Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients, including ventilation, oxygen therapy, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records.
  • Transport patients as needed and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in a neonatal setting.
  • Certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
