We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDS Coordinator - RN to join our team at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, WV. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of the MDS treatment assessment tool and reviewing care plans to ensure compliance with our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall process and tracking of all Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to ensure appropriate reimbursement for services provided.
  • Conduct concurrent MDS reviews to ensure achievement of maximum allowable RUG categories.
  • Integrate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services to ensure appropriate reimbursement.

Requirements:
