Job Title: Senior Airworthiness Inspector

Job Summary:

The Senior Airworthiness Inspector will be responsible for conducting quality control inspections on aircraft and components, ensuring that workmanship meets acceptable standards of quality. This role requires a strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations, FAA forms and documents, and the ability to effectively communicate with technicians and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control inspections on aircraft and components to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.
  • Review and approve maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to ensure that all quality control requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to technicians on quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 years of experience in aircraft inspection, with at least 3 years of experience on large or mid-size aircraft.
  • Airframe and Powerplant License required.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and FAA forms and documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
