Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Electrocardiogram Monitoring Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' ECG rhythms, interpreting results, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
About This RoleThis position requires advanced technical skills, including knowledge of ECG rhythms and the ability to review trends and alarms. You will work closely with our Registered Nurses to provide precise continual surveillance and analysis of cardiac rhythms on electrocardiographic central monitoring stations.
- Monitor patients' ECG rhythms and interpret results to identify any significant or life-threatening changes.
- Communicate information clearly and accurately to the responsible individual within established timeframes.
- Operate and troubleshoot all functions of the telemetry monitoring system.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge patients and enter all required information in the telemetry monitoring system.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completion of a Telemetry Monitoring Technician education program or one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of ECG rhythms and the monitoring system.
- The ability to perform duties requiring prolonged and/or extensive sitting, standing, and walking.
