  • Compensation: $30.00-$38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Travel Compensation: Reimbursement at your hourly rate for travel to and from healthcare facilities.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
  • Expertise in delivering general nutrition interventions.
  • Experience with tube feeding protocols.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
  • Understanding of state survey processes and compliance with nutrition care regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for patients and residents.
  • Implement medical nutrition therapy, focusing on areas such as wound healing and weight management.
  • Provide nutritional counseling and education to residents and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.
