Residential Cleaner

Position Overview:
The Residential Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of resident apartments, communal spaces, and work areas. This position adheres to the established guidelines, policies, and procedures set forth by the organization, while also taking direction from the Executive Director, Building Services Director, or Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize resident living spaces and common areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a senior living environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to read and speak English.
