Job Summary:

The Theatre Operations Manager is a key role within Regmovies, responsible for the day-to-day operations of our theatres. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee the management of theatre staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train theatre staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Manage theatre operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre performance, including increasing sales and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain theatre safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to human resources, finance, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • At least three months supervisory experience, or six months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
