Academic Enrichment Manager

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Academic Enrichment Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the successful operations of services focused on academic enrichment and remedial education.

As an Academic Enrichment Manager, you will plan and implement education programs, activities, and services that meet Sunshine State Standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the implementation of education programs that promote academic enrichment and remedial education
• Developing programs that are inclusive and sensitive to cultural diversity
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with schools regarding performance

You will work closely with Club staff, members, and supervisor to receive and provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines and instructions, instruct, and advise or counsel as needed.

This is a part-time position that requires 3-5 years of teaching experience and a state of Florida teachers certificate. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to maintain strict confidentiality.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
