Member Experience Specialist

At VASA Fitness, we're dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. As a Member Experience Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering a fun and meaningful experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting members with a smile and providing clear direction and support.
  • Anticipate guest and member needs, responding accordingly with accurate information and assistance.
  • Be familiar with our membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class formats to provide informed guidance.
  • Provide club tours, sell memberships, and help members upgrade, all while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement ideas and improve the guest and member experience.
  • Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, daily cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
