Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bear Creek Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and make recommendations for care.
  • Lead and mentor care staff to ensure high-quality care and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
