Welder - 1st Shift

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating a variety of welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal products.

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate welding
• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts
• Perform quality control checks to ensure welds meet company standards
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of welding equipment
• Collaborate with production team members to meet production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of welding experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
