We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Addison Place at Glastonbury, CT. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized assistance to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and serving meals, as well as washing and drying laundry.
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as medication reminders and household chores.
- Offer companionship and social interaction, encouraging residents to participate in activities and creating a warm and supportive community atmosphere.
- Respond to medical emergencies and maintain a daily log of resident services performed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
To be successful in this role, you must have a CNA certification and excellent communication skills. You will also be required to maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of our residents at all times.
