About the Role: We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our team at The Alice Center's Skilled Nursing Facility. As a registered nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents in a caring and home-like environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour nursing services to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in mandatory education requirements to maintain professional development and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Meet the requirements of per diem staff, including working a minimum of 16 hours per pay period, with a maximum of 400 hours in a six-month period.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Benefits:
- $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- $3.00 evening shift differential.
- $3.50 night shift differential.
- $0.20 per hour for BSN.
- $0.25 per hour for MSN.
On-call: Not Required
Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus, $3.00 Evening Shift differential, $3.50 Night Shift differential, $0.20 per hour for BSN, $0.25 per hour for MSN.
