Position Overview: As a Vascular Ultrasound Technician, you will conduct comprehensive ultrasound assessments of patients' lower extremities and other necessary examinations, ensuring a balance between patient care and the operational efficiency of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute ultrasound assessments to generate a Venous Flow Map, aiding in the formulation of a safe and effective treatment strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Physician to clarify the treatment approach to patients, ensuring it meets their individual needs.
  • Prepare and sanitize procedure rooms, examination areas, and ultrasound facilities before and after patient interactions.
  • Conduct additional ultrasound evaluations as prescribed by the Physician to guarantee treatment efficacy and patient safety.
  • Adhere to designated timeframes for each ultrasound procedure to sustain an efficient patient flow throughout the day.
  • Work alongside office and administrative personnel, as well as Physicians, to assess the ultrasound schedule, ensuring adequate technician availability for optimal patient care.
  • Commit to continuous professional development to enhance skill quality and align with the company's care standards.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and manage supply inventory to support seamless operational functions.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, sit, and utilize hands for various tasks, including keyboarding and handling equipment. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.
