The California Department of Education is searching for a diligent and effective professional to serve as our Education Support Services Coordinator. This critical role will be stationed at one of our elementary schools and requires a significant time commitment.
Responsibilities will include performing various general clerical, receptionist, typing, recordkeeping, and student service functions under general supervision.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of general clerical and recordkeeping experience, preferably involving substantial interaction with the public, as well as proficiency in modern office software and equipment.
A comprehensive assessment process consisting of a written exam and a qualifications appraisal interview will be conducted to select the ideal candidate.
The successful applicant will be required to submit documentation such as a letter of introduction, letters of recommendation, resume, and a typing certificate showing a net typing speed of 45 wpm or greater.
